These Terms govern your use of the numeriq.one website and any related communications with NUMERIQ Ltd ("Numeriq", "we", "us"). By accessing the site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

1. The website

The site presents information about Numeriq's products and lets you request a demo. Content is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice. Figures shown in case examples are illustrative benchmarks and do not constitute a performance guarantee.

2. Demo requests

Submitting a demo request does not create a contract for services. Any provision of the Numeriq platform is governed by a separate written agreement (e.g. a Master Services Agreement and applicable order form) executed between you and NUMERIQ Ltd.

The Numeriq name, logo, product module names (Core, Mesh, Flow, Pulse, Copilot), site content, and design are owned by NUMERIQ Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

References to third-party tools (e.g. Google Sheets, Slack, Jira, Notion, Airtable) are for descriptive purposes. Those trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their use here does not imply endorsement or partnership unless stated.

6. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUMERIQ Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website.

8. Governing law

NUMERIQ Ltd is incorporated in Belize under the Belize Companies Act, 2022. These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Service-specific agreements may specify a different governing law and venue.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
